Delivery

All Stock Orders are available for collection at our warehouse within 24 hours or home delivery in 5 working days in Belgium and Luxembourg. Orders must be placed before midday.

All Orders on Demand will be available between 6 to 8 Weeks. Once your order has arrived at our warehouses, our logistics company will contact you to arrange delivery.

All deliveries are carried out by insured and qualified professionals.

Standard delivery is a drop-off to the ground floor only. For other options, please feel free to contact us at reve@gregoir.com for a shipping quote.

If you are unable, for whatever reason, to take delivery of your goods on the confirmed delivery date, we reserve the right to charge you further for any subsequent deliveries.

You are responsible for providing a safe and reasonable means of access from the public highway to the place of delivery. If our delivery staff considers that access is unsafe, then we will not deliver the goods until safe access is provided. You are obliged to provide any required parking permits in advance.

Deliveries are undertaken by a third-party carrier. Gregoir Lifestyle BV remains fully responsible for the smooth delivery and installation of your order. Any claims or disputes regarding the delivery and installation of your goods must be dealt with Gregoir Lifestyle BV at the time of delivery itself.

Time of delivery is not of the essence in these Terms and Conditions of Trading. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Gregoir Lifestyle BV or delay due to any reasonable rescheduling of delivery.

Rights to withdrawal

In Belgium, for any purchase made via an online shop (online sales), you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty.

• Time limit: 14 calendar days to notify us of your decision to withdraw, after which you must return the item promptly (often within 14 days of giving notice).
• Refund: We will refund the full amount paid after the goods have been returned in their original packaging.
• Return costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
